Benjamin David Elmore, DMD
Dr. Elmore earned his BS in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri at Columbia and then went on to earn his DMD from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Before opening his private practice in St. Joseph, Dr. Elmore served as the general dentist for the Social Welfare Board Clinic, and he plans to volunteer more service in the community as his practice expands.

Dr. Elmore truly loves dentistry and continues his education through postgraduate training and professional associations. His recent focus includes orthodontics, Wilckodontics, and mini dental implants. Dr. Elmore is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, Business Network International, and the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce.

A family man, Dr. Elmore and his wife Laurie have five children, Lauren, Alexsi, Madison, Jacob, and Brieyn. When he’s not helping patients achieve optimal oral health or spending time with his family, Dr. Elmore enjoys working with computers, fishing, and reading. He also dedicates time to serving in his church.

Amber Elardo, Office Manager
Amber brings eight years of front-office experience to our practice. She enjoys the relaxed, friendly atmosphere created by our team of professionals who work together to create an organized, stable environment. Amber’s exceptional skill as an office manager stems from her accommodating personality and genuine concern for the comfort and well-being of each person who walks through the door.

Away from the office, Amber enjoys taking her children, Camren and Madalyn, to the park and visiting Lake of the Ozarks for boating, shopping, and hiking.

Erica Bradshaw, Lead Dental Assistant
Erica received an Associates of Art degree at Missouri Western State and gained her dental training from nine years of experience in the field. Our easy-going, family-friendly environment makes coming to work a pleasure for Erica. She also enjoys making our patients feel welcome and comfortable and acclimating children to our dental office.

Married for five years to her husband, Robert, Erica has three children, Nicholas, Alexis, and Olivia. Erica spends her free time outdoors with her friends and family.

Sandy Koehler, Hygienist
Sandy received her dental hygiene degree from Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, KS. She has over 3 years of experience as a hygienist. Sandy enjoys the laid back, friendly office atmosphere. She also enjoys working with patients and making them feel comfortable while helping them to improve their oral health.

Sandy has been married to Christopher for three years. They have a son, Kobe. She loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys dancing, boating, swimming and the occasional golf game.
